Keep track of time during your presentation. Layout & Organization:
- Organize content logically to guide the viewer smoothly from one section to the next.
- Avoid overcrowding the poster—leave ample white space for readability.
Text & Contrast:
- Use high contrast between text and background for legibility (e.g., dark text on a light background).
Images & Figures:
- Use high-resolution images, diagrams, and charts.
- Label all figures clearly to ensure understanding.
Use of Color:
- Use color sparingly, mainly to emphasize key elements such as graphs or section titles.
Poster Size:
- The standard poster size is A0 (841 x 1189 mm), in portrait orientation
Poster Display:
- Posters will be displayed at the CUET IT Incubator, Chattogram, Bangladesh.
Online Submission:
- For online participants, ensure your poster is submitted in PDF format for virtual display.
